Booking an appointment
To make a referral to our service give us a call, send us an email or complete the enquiry form on this page.
One of our team will be in touch to discuss the services you need and find the right therapist for you. You can find out more about our therapists here.
You will receive an email confirming your appointment along with information on what to expect.
Free Initial Consultation
Once the approriate service has been identified a 15 minute free consultation with a therapist will be arranged. This will take place either on the telephone or via video call depending on your preference. This is to help our therapists gain an understanding of the support you might need and to allow you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Speed of Access
Access to NHS and statutory services is often delayed due to long waiting times. We aim to undertake assessment and commence treatment within 4-6 weeks of receiving your referral.
Convenience & Flexibility
We operate throughout Scotland via clinics, we can undertake home visits on request and we also provide online consultations. Our services are available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and out of hours can be requested.
