Fees and Terms & Conditions
Initial 15 minute telephone or online consultation is FREE.
Fees for individual assessment and therapy sessions are noted above. Therapy sessions are based on 50-60 minutes.
Clients are requested to provide a minimum of 24 hour notice of any cancellations. The full fee is payable if insufficient notice is given.
Cancellation
- A booking is confirmed once Neurotherapy Services and the client have agreed a date, time, duration and location for a treatment.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to offer additional time should clients be late for an appointment.
- Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or re-scheduling appointments.
- Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will lose their deposit.
- Neurotherapy Services has the right to cancel a treatment by giving 24 hours notice.
- Neurotherapy Services has the right to cancel a treatment without notice if the therapist is taken ill.
- Neurotherapy Services is committed to rearranging treatments to a new time and date within two weeks of the cancelled treatment where possible.
Payment
- Prior to appointments clients must pay a deposit or make a payment. An invoice and receipt on payment will be provided.
- Clients can make block bookings or have payment agreed via alternative sources. A payment agreement can be agreed for these on request.
- Payments can be made via our online payment portal, cheque or bank transfer.
Children
- Young persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- The adult must co-sign the client’s consultation form.
- The adult must be present in the room throughout the treatment.
- Client treatment details will not be discussed with anyone other than the client unless the client is under the age of 18 or has a carer or guardian.
Inappropriate Behaviour
- Neurotherapy Services has the right to terminate a treatment immediately if the client demonstrates inappropriate or sexual behaviour.
- Neurotherapy Services has the right to cancel treatment without notice or terminate a session early if the client or their significant other is intoxicated, ill, abusive or aggressive.
